Baked roll with chicken, capelin caviar and hard cheese: necessary products
To prepare the dish, you will need the following ingredients:
- 150 g of chicken fillet;
- 170 g of round-grain rice;
- 1 sheet of nori;
- 1/4 cucumber;
- 1/4 avocado;
- 70 g capelin caviar;
- 70 g processed cheese;
- 50 g hard cheese;
- 1.5 tbsp. rice vinegar;
- 1-2 tbsp. sunflower oil;
- pinch of salt;
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar;
- soy sauce.

Preparation
- Wash the cucumber and avocado, cut into thin strips. Rinse the rice several times and fill with water, boil for a quarter of an hour on moderate heat. Rinse the chicken fillets and cut into strips. Heat a skillet, pour in sunflower or olive oil and fry the fillets for a quarter of an hour. Salt to taste and cut into thin slices. Pour 30 ml of purified water into a saucepan, salt, add sugar and vinegar. Bring to the boil. Pour the dressing into the boiled rice. Stir and cool.
- Wrap a bamboo mat with a plastic bag. Place a nori sheet on it, mat side up, and place the rice on it so that the top edge is free. Flatten it out. Place cheese on the rice and top with cucumber and avocado slices, alternating. Place the chicken fillet on them, roll the roll into a roll, fix the top edge.
- Cut into portions, place on a baking tray covered with foil. Put 1 tsp of capelin caviar on the rolls and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook for 7-8 minutes in the oven at 180 °C.
