This cooling drink is prepared without ice cream but with frozen bananas. Freeze them in advance, and the preparation will take just a few minutes.

Banana milkshake recipe with yogurt

Servings: 2


  • Bananas: 2
  • Milk: 350 ml
  • Greek yogurt: 2 tbsp
  • Peanut butter: 1 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon: to taste


  • Honey or maple syrup: to taste
  • Whipped cream: to taste

Time needed: 2 hours and 5 minutes


  • Step 1

    Peel the bananas and slice them. Place them in a bag and put them in the freezer for about 2 hours.

  • Step 2

    Combine the frozen bananas, milk, yogurt, and peanut butter in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add honey if desired.

  • Step 3

    Pour the drink into two glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
