Cutlets with boiled cabbage and mince beef mince

  • 1 kg White cabbage
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 100 g semolina
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Ground black pepper
  • 120 ml Vegetable oil
  • 250 g Flour


  • Coarsely chop the cabbage. Place in a saucepan and fill with water. After boiling, cook for about 10 minutes until soft. Drain the liquid and cool slightly.
  • Chop the onion. Chop it together with the cabbage using a blender or meat grinder. Tip it into a sieve and squeeze out the excess liquid.
  • Stir the semolina and minced meat into the cabbage. Season with salt and pepper. Leave it for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Form cutlets and coat in flour. Fry on both sides until browned.
