  • 800 g White cabbage
  • 200 g Hard cheese
  • 1 piece Carrots
  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • 150 g Flour
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp. spoons Vegetable oil


  • Finely chop the cabbage and crush with your hands. Stir in the grated cheese and carrots.
  • Add the eggs and flour. Season with salt and pepper.
    Use more eggs or flour if necessary.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Form cutlets with wet hands. Fry under a lid for about 10 minutes on each side.
