Delicious cabbage cutlets with cheese with a crispy crust – can be served with sour cream.
Cabbage Cutlets with Cheese
Ingredients
- 800 g White cabbage
- 200 g Hard cheese
- 1 piece Carrots
- 2 pieces Eggs
- 150 g Flour
- to taste Salt
- to taste Ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp. spoons Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Finely chop the cabbage and crush with your hands. Stir in the grated cheese and carrots.
- Add the eggs and flour. Season with salt and pepper.Use more eggs or flour if necessary.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Form cutlets with wet hands. Fry under a lid for about 10 minutes on each side.
