Chicken cutlets with rice and cabbage
Ingredients
- 4-5 tbsp Rice
- 800 g Chicken fillet
- 1 piece Onion
- 300-350 g White cabbage
- 1 piece Egg
- 1-2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp. spoons Cornstarch
- ¼ bunch Herbs
- 1 tsp. Salt
- to taste Ground black pepper
- 2-3 tbsp. Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Boil the rice for 20 minutes. Cool it down.
- Put the fillets together with the onion and cabbage through a meat grinder.
- Add rice, slightly beaten egg, chopped garlic, starch, chopped herbs, salt and pepper to the minced rice. Stir and form cutlets.
- In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Brown the cutlets on both sides.
- Transfer them to a baking dish. Cover with foil and send them to an oven heated to 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
