  • 4-5 tbsp Rice
  • 800 g Chicken fillet
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 300-350 g White cabbage
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp. spoons Cornstarch
  • ¼ bunch Herbs
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • to taste Ground black pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp. Vegetable oil


  • Boil the rice for 20 minutes. Cool it down.
  • Put the fillets together with the onion and cabbage through a meat grinder.
  • Add rice, slightly beaten egg, chopped garlic, starch, chopped herbs, salt and pepper to the minced rice. Stir and form cutlets.
  • In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Brown the cutlets on both sides.
  • Transfer them to a baking dish. Cover with foil and send them to an oven heated to 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
