- 450 ml dry or semi-sweet white wine;
- 450 ml sparkling water;
- 300 grams raspberries or strawberries;
- 2 kiwis;
- 2 peaches or nectarines;
- 2 oranges;
- 3 sprigs of mint;

Preparation Sequence
- Squeeze the juice from the oranges and pour it into a pitcher. Peel and slice the kiwis and peaches into small pieces and add them to the pitcher. Crush the raspberries with a fork (or chop the strawberries into cubes) and add them to the mix, stirring well. Tear the mint leaves off the sprigs and add them to the mixture.
- Pour the wine and sparkling water into the pitcher, stir, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Before serving, place a few ice cubes in each glass.
