  • 450 ml dry or semi-sweet white wine;
  • 450 ml sparkling water;
  • 300 grams raspberries or strawberries;
  • 2 kiwis;
  • 2 peaches or nectarines;
  • 2 oranges;
  • 3 sprigs of mint;
  • Ice.

Preparation Sequence

  • Squeeze the juice from the oranges and pour it into a pitcher. Peel and slice the kiwis and peaches into small pieces and add them to the pitcher. Crush the raspberries with a fork (or chop the strawberries into cubes) and add them to the mix, stirring well. Tear the mint leaves off the sprigs and add them to the mixture.
  • Pour the wine and sparkling water into the pitcher, stir, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Before serving, place a few ice cubes in each glass.
  • The fruit composition can be changed according to your preferences. For example, you can use soft pears, grapefruits, apricots, cherries, and more. The drink will have a unique flavor if you use fresh thyme instead of mint.
