Fried dumplings with sour cream and greens
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 20-30 pieces Dumplings
- 1 cup water
- ¼ bundle Dill
- 100 g Sour cream
- Parsley to taste
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil.
- Spread the dumplings in it, leaving a small space between them.
- Fry the dumplings on both sides until golden.
- Add water and chopped dill and stew for 5 minutes.
- Pour almost all the sour cream into the skillet and stir.
- Cook over moderate heat until the water has almost completely evaporated, stirring regularly to prevent the dumplings from sticking.
- After that, cook over very low heat for a few minutes.
- Before serving, sprinkle the dumplings with parsley and add the remaining sour cream.
