How to fry dumplings is delicious – cookthem with cheese, soy sauce, sour cream or ketchup.
1. Fried dumplings with cheese
Simply brown the dumplings, add some delicate cream and sprinkle with cheese.

Heat 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat. Arrange 500 g of dumplings in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning, until browned.
Pour in 150 ml of cream, season with salt and black pepper. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer under a lid, stirring, for 5-7 minutes.
Add a tablespoon of butter, fry the dumplings a little. Sprinkle liberally with grated cheese.
2. Stir-fried dumplings
Crispy and crunchy on the outside but juicy on the inside.

Heat a lot of vegetable oil well. There should be enough so that the dumplings float freely.
Carefully place the frozen dumplings in the oil. They should not be sticky. If there are a lot of them, fry them several times.
Cook for about 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer with a skimmer to paper towels to remove excess fat.
3: Fried dumplings with soy sauce
A simple oriental-style dish.

Heat a couple of spoonfuls of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry 350 g of frozen dumplings for a few minutes, stirring until lightly browned.
Then cook under a lid for another 5 minutes. Pour in 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. After another 5 minutes, sprinkle with sesame seeds, chopped green onions, and chili peppers.
4. Fried dumplings with sour cream and herbs
Dumplings are first fried and then stewed in sour cream sauce.

Pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a heated frying pan. Place 250 g of dumplings and brown on all sides.
Pour a glass of water, pour in a bunch of chopped dill. Stew for 5 minutes. Add 100 g of sour cream and cook, stirring, until the water is almost completely evaporated.
Turn the heat down to low and cook for a few more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Fried dumplings with ketchup and mayonnaise
A quick dish made literally from whatever’s left in the fridge.

Heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry 500 g of frozen dumplings until browned.
Add 2 tablespoons each of mayonnaise and ketchup, pour in a little water and mix thoroughly. Season with black pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
