Ingredients
What you will need for three Easter without yeast d=11 cm:
Dough:
- 380 g W/s flour
- 35 g Cornstarch
- 10 g Vanilla sugar
- โ tsp Salt
- 10 g Baking powder
- ยผ tsp Baking soda
- 220 ml Milk
- 2 pcs Egg
- 100 g Sour cream 20%
- 220 g Sugar
- 150 g Butter
- 50 g Chocolate drops
- 100 g Raisins
- 100 g Hazelnuts roasted
Streusel (for sprinkling on top):
- 60 g Flour
- 60 g Sugar
- 60 g Butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, starch, salt, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla.
- Combine the liquid components: in the mixer bowl beat the eggs, pour granulated sugar – beat until whitened and puffy mass.
- Pour in warm milk, melted butter (room temperature).
- Put in the sour cream, mix everything with a mixer.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the flour, mix with a mixer until a homogeneous dough.
- Pour raisins (rinsed and dried in advance), nuts and chocolate drops into the dough, knead with a spatula.
- Paper pods for kulichi grease the inside with melted butter, sprinkle with flour (to easily remove the paper after baking), divide the dough into three molds. Sprinkle the molds with streusel (crumbs).
- For the streusel, combine flour, sugar, grated cold butter and grind everything into crumbs. You can do everything in a chopper, it's easier and faster.
- Forms with dough put in a heated oven to 180 degrees, bake for 1 hour.
