Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Brown lentils
  • 200 g Green beans
  • 350 g Squid
  • 4 pcs. Eggs
  • 3 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Abkhazian adzhika
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Soak the lentils for 2 h, then fill with fresh cold water, bring to a boil and cook until soft, 30 min.

  • Discard the calamari in a colander, cut into manageable chunks and mix with the mayonnaise and ajika.

  • Boil the beans in boiling salted water until soft, 5-7 min.
  • Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and cut into quarters. Chop the parsley.
