Cutlets of minced meat with cabbage
Ingredients
- 500 g Cabbage
- 2 pieces Onions
- 200 g Pork mince
- 200 g Ground beef
- 200 g Chicken mince
- 1 piece Egg
- to taste Salt
- to taste Ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. spoons Flour
- 1-2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Put the cabbage and onion through a meat grinder.
- Mix with three kinds of minced meat.
- Add egg, salt and pepper, mix well.
- Form cutlets and lightly roll them in flour.You can use breadcrumbs instead of flour.
- Fry in vegetable oil until brown on both sides.
