  • 500 g Cabbage
  • 2 pieces Onions
  • 200 g Pork mince
  • 200 g Ground beef
  • 200 g Chicken mince
  • 1 piece Egg
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. spoons Flour
  • 1-2 tbsp Vegetable oil


  • Put the cabbage and onion through a meat grinder.
  • Mix with three kinds of minced meat.
  • Add egg, salt and pepper, mix well.
  • Form cutlets and lightly roll them in flour.
    You can use breadcrumbs instead of flour.
  • Fry in vegetable oil until brown on both sides.
