- Ripe red tomatoes – 400 g.
- Boiled beef flesh – 200 g.
- Vegetable oil – 50 g.
- A small head of onions.
- A couple of garlic cloves.
- 2 tablespoons of quality soy sauce.
- Half a lemon
- Half a teaspoon of salt.
- A pinch of ground cilantro or coriander.
- Fresh parsley or cilantro.
- Ground red hot pepper – a teaspoon or to your taste.
How to cook tomato Cha – recipe by steps
- Cut the raw beef flesh into thin long strips.
- Pour oil into a frying pan, heat and fry the meat on it until fully cooked.
- Wash, dry and dice the tomatoes.
