Tongue salad recipe is the crowning dish of a real holiday feast. It is very appetizing, hearty and nutritious. And its flavor is simply amazing. It is not difficult to prepare it, although you will have to make a little trouble with the tongue. But it is worth it!

Ingredients

Ham 300 g. Beef tongue (boiled)300 g. Apples 1 pc. Pickled mushrooms 200 g. Cucumbers 1 pc. Mayonnaise 1 to taste.

    To prepare a salad with tongue and apple, the tongue should be previously boiled and let it cool slightly. Then cut it into not very thick strips.

    Prepare the ham for the salad with the same straw.

    Open the marinated mushrooms and cut them into two or more small pieces.

    Now rinse the apple and cucumber. Cut the peel off the apple and slice it into thin slices. Also slice the cucumber. You can grate the ingredients on a coarse grater. Transfer all the products into a deep container, dress everything with mayonnaise and mix.
