If you cook homemade or store-bought dumplings in plenty of oil, they will turn out evenly crispy fried dumplings on the outside and deliciously juicy on the inside.

- 500 g Frozen dumplings
- 700-800 ml Vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a deep skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. The level needs to be high enough to submerge the dumplings completely. Depending on the skillet, you may need a little more or less oil. You can also cook the dish in a deep fryer.
- Carefullylower the frozen dumplings into the skillet. They should be arranged in a single layer and hardly touch each other.
- Fry thedumplings for about 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. You can make the first trial batch of a few pieces to make sure you don't make a mistake with the time and oil temperature.
- Placeon paper towels with askimmer.
- Cookall the remaining dumplings in the same way.
